Order GPS race tracking service online in under a minute: choose the right trackers, enter race dates, and estimate the number of trackers needed and pay deposit.
We contact you by phone or email to confirm your race order so we can enter race details into the FollowMe platform, set up the tracking page, and create the URL for the race tracking page.
Upon receiving necessary information like race course and start list, complete the platform setup.
Provide optional information to use more advanced features and get most of your race tracking.
Adjust GPS tracking settings seamlessly from your personal race management account.
1-2 Weeks Before the Race
Confirm the delivery address and final number of trackers. Trackers are shipped with an estimated delivery time of 1 day (domestic) to 4 days (international).
1 Day Before Registration
Check, allocate, and prepare trackers for the race.
2 Hours Before Registration
Turn on all the trackers. We will check in the backend and confirm that all trackers are working.
During Registration
Hand out trackers to racers.
Receive a list of DNS (Did Not Start) and provide monitoring and support.
Trackers Return
Collect trackers from the organizer and send them back within 5 days, covering the return shipping costs.
Invoice and Payment
Issue and pay the invoice for the remaining balance.
